Aprepitant

Aprepitant is used to prevent nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy. Aprepitant is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (neurokinin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy).
